Custom equipment can be part of your team’s approach. If it burns, flies, transmits, monitors, or changes the scenario’s electronic environment, submit it for review in advance. Approval applies only to the specified device, event, and conditions.

Drones & airborne objects

Prepare

  • Aircraft and controller details
  • Operator qualifications and lawful-use plan
  • Flight area and sterile-zone plan
  • Exact payload description, if any

Weapon-mounted drones and airborne pyrotechnics are permanently prohibited. Harmless payloads may enter only controlled or sterile zones defined by the event profile.

Radio & electronic operations

Prepare

  • Devices, frequencies, and power levels
  • Scenario scope and duration
  • Named participants and consent plan
  • Isolation and data-protection controls

No jamming. Electronic scenarios must be tightly scoped, consent-based, isolated, and must never involve personal accounts or personal data.
